Method

1srt of All Connect Device with test point with your computer .

install QUALCOMM and fastboot drivers on your pc and note down QUALCOMM port number.

open unlock file and press 1 for unlock.

type QUALCOMM Port Number and press Enter.

after few Seconds you see a Message on your Screen "Unlocking Done" 

Wait for a While Until Your QUALCOMM port Remove Automatically.

Now Insert Battery and Power On Your Device ,When its Complete on Attach device with Data Cable and Open Web Page.

When Webpage is open Go To the Unlock File And Select Option 2 Press Enter.

Write Device Serial Number And press Enter.

Congratulation Your Device Is Now Fully Unlocked Enjoy.
